Full maintenance coverage includes the following:

  • 24x7x365 telephone support
  • Support for all microcode and hardware
  • Onsite support by an IBM technician as directed by Optica in the United States, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and other select countries.
